In regards to the HIST and IDR capabilities listing on the profile, it looks like they are sorted in the capabilities they are added, i.e. if someone created sector 10 first then added sector 3 later, it shows up in that order. It might be easier to read/search ...

I suppose you could just copy and paste a link into an email and send it to a user that I know would be interested in a particular topic, but is there a way to invite other users to join a topic?
