I was interested in checking out the HISG Capability suvey, but found that the link to the Capability Survey on the HISG website seems to be broken.

When I click on the link, I get the message
"The connection was reset"

When a thread's top post contains quotation marks (") they are displayed in the summary on the home page and other thread list views as the html entity & quot ; (without the spaces). Fix the escaping so that doesn't happen.
