A note from a key leader in Latin America: As a consequence of th effect of hurricane Ida, the Central zone of El Salvador that includes the provinces of Cabanas, San Vicente, La Paz, La Libertad and the greater San Salvador area with its 16 municipalities have suffered catastrophic damages.
