Starfish Community

Does anyone know of any manufacturers that produce reasonably priced mosquito nets? In particular, I would prefer a company that makes a net that is treated with an insecticide that will kill off the insects, but is not harmful to humans and preferably has been approved by the World Health Organization. I can get specifications on all the chemical details, once needed, but this is a general question for now. i have a friend with a need for them in Peru and he would prefer a manufacture that is either in Peru or would be potentially interested in this with respect to business in Peru.
