Yazi Interview from 2009

Yazi was one of the participants at the 2009 Starfish Community Expo who traveled a significant distance to be a part of the Expo. In this clip, he talks about how inspiring it is to connect with others who are doing the same kind of community development.

Yazi's impressions of the Expo are meaningful because this event was specifically designed for people like him, who are devoting their lives to impacting the community.

Some of you may be considering attending the 2010 Expo, but have been disappointed in the past by large gatherings that are more focused on an agenda than outcomes. The Starfish Community Expo is designed to deliver solid opportunities to work together for the greater good.

If you attended the 2009 Expo and had an impression similar to Yazi's, please share it with us. If you have suggestions about to improve the practical outcomes of the Expo, we would love to hear those as well.

Thanks!
Kyle

Many of the videos from the 2009 EXPO interviews reflected very positive comments about the collaborative environment they found. I'm looking forward to September for the 2010 EXPO.
