Junior Bataille on the Difficulties in Haiti

In this video, particularly in the second half, Junior talks about how important it is to cooperate during disaster response. He talks about how according to official records, his community is receiving plenty of assistance, but when you go out into the community, there are still a lot of people who haven't received anything. There's a disconnect between what is reported and what is actually happening. Junior goes on to say that that is why communication, cooperation, and working through the local communities is so important.
