Junior Bataille talks about how some of the young people that he works with the Scouts organization became front-line disaster responders after the earthquake.

These volunteers are not professional responders but they were willing and able to help others during a horrible situation. Well done, Junior and the young men from the Scouts!

Sometimes out of a multitude of simple processes comes something unexpected on a global scale.
