We are using OpenVPN. You can read about it's security at http://openvpn.net/security. There are license fees associated with this server at $5 per concurrent user. You will need a server for this to run on, I suggest a Dell R300 which you can find for $1000. This is the server we are using to run our OpenVPN Software.
