The focus of the summit is "NATURAL DISASTERS" and "BORDER SECURITY".

The keynote speaker on Tuesday Feb. 9th is Tim Manning, FEMA Deputy Administrator for Protection and National Preparedness. On Wednesday, Feb. 10th, the keynote focuses on Border Security with Mark Borkowski, Executive Director, Secure Border Initiative (SBInet), Customs and Border Protection.
