Starfish Community

Here in Mauritania, there are several NGOs (we're one of them) who are considering pilot projects related to farming Spirulina, a fresh water algae, and then using it as a nutritional supplement in programs for rehabilitating malnourished children. Anyone out there on the Starfish net have experience growing or using Spirulina?
