The International Disaster Response Network is a disaster response arm of the Starfish Community. The network is made up of starfish community members from around the world that want to work together to prepare for and respond to disasters both at home and abroad. Documents explaining the IDRN concept are provided on the Starfish Community home page and HISG has committed to help facilitate training of the model around the world. Just this year alone we have added around 1,000 new members to the network! HISG's Disaster Response Director, Keith Stone, has offered to provide oversight to help organize and grow the network. For more information, please contact Keith Stone at KStone@HISG.org.

If I wanted to know what people in my area had taken this training, how would I do that? Am I able to communicate directly with those trained in the IDRN?
