Hi, I'm based in LA - over 15 years working with NGO's and now working with filmmakers to capture stories around the globe. I'm good friends with a HISG staff member who told me about this network. We want to get rolling with short stories (3 - 6 minutes)

In this interview, Junior Bataille points out that the reason there are so many people in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, is because there is so little opportunity anywhere else in the country. He goes on to encourage NGOs invest resources in the entire country, and not just on rebuilding the capital

MorningStar/CMM Missionary Pastor Vincent feeds 2-3,000 per day at Good Samaritan Foundation in Citi Soleil. His school will reopen in mid-March. A Doctor and nurse are at the clinic. Some NGO's won't deliver to this area. We need help getting regular food deliveries.
